Raise your hand if you’ve ever felt like that puppy falling down the stairs. *raises hand* Hi there! I’m Julie, and I’m a go-get-em consultant by day, #tryingtoadult yuppie by night. As a young professional, I’ve had my fair share of struggles and successes – and I understand just how difficult it can be to try to make it out there. Many times, I wished there were a resource that had all the answers to my many questions about college, job recruitment, and post-grad life. I’ve made it my mission to be that resource for you. Here, I’ll share my experiences and wisdom (or at least, what I have of it) with you all in the hopes that I can both enlighten and entertain.

A bit of background on me: I currently work as a human capital consultant and deliver people strategy recommendations to my clients. I’ve always had a heart for coaching and empowering others, as evidenced by the numerous development-oriented leadership positions I held during my four years as an undergraduate student at the Marshall School of Business within the University of Southern California. In addition to managing my full-time job, I am currently studying for her GMAT and pursuing a certification as a Career Advisor from the University of California, San Diego. I write about Millennials in the workforce, the job interview process, office-appropriate fashion, and work-life balance.

We’re all on this crazy adventure called life – so I hope you’ll join me for some laughs, real talk, and discovery about all that we are and can be. Now let’s get on out there and do great things!
